There is no phone line and no postal enquiry desk. We do not have a mail-handling backend on the site, so please use the email addresses below directly from your own mail client rather than expecting a contact form here.
Anything that does not fit the categories below — questions about the library, suggestions for coverage, partnership or press enquiries, or general feedback.
Spotted a factual error in an article, or a listing that is wrong or out of date? Tell us what is inaccurate and, where possible, link the correct source. We review every report, fix confirmed errors, and note significant corrections on the affected page. Rights holders who want a news photo removed should also use this address.

For access, correction, deletion, or any other request about personal data under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK. Send it from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request. Details of the rights available to you are in the Privacy Policy.
We typically reply within 2–3 business days. Security reports are triaged as quickly as we can. Statutory data-protection requests are answered within the timeframes the law requires — generally one month under the GDPR and 30 days under the KVKK.
